For safety and legal reasons, medication refills are subject to provider evaluation, and not all medications are included.
New onset of chest pain, shortening of breath, abdominal pain, or suicidal thoughts which these could indicate a medical emergency.
Symptomatic heart disease (cardiac arrhythmias, heart failure, or end organ disease)
If you need imaging studies including x-rays
If you need a referral to a medical specialist including Cardiology, Dermatology, ect
New onset of mental health symptoms
